Omega Forte contains omega 3 fatty acids. Each capsule contains 1000 mg of cod liver oil. RDA is 1-2 capsules.

Lysi Omega-3 FORTE contains a generous amount of the fatty acids EPA and DHA but does not contain any vitamins so it is safe to take with Lysi Cod Liver Oil or multivitamin tablets containing vitamins A and D.
