Nordic Store ships all orders within 1-2 days of ordering, as long as the product is available in stock. Otherwise we will let you know via email as soon as possible.
Attention: All orders are shipped from Iceland via the Icelandic Post Office, so if there is any delay in their services we are not to blame, we only use their estimated time of delivery as given from their webpage. We therefore ask our customers to show patience if the order hasn´t arrived exactly within the given days since it can sometimes take a few more days than the Icelandic Post promises.
If an order hasn´t arrived one month after we ship it from Iceland, please contact us and we will try and resolve the matter with you.
You can either choose to ship your order with or without tracking. If you order it without tracking it will cost less but no way of telling when it will arrive.
DHL International Priority Service, Airmail - Post A and Economy Mail - Post B have no service guarantee and sometimes may take longer to deliver than expected.
DHL may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address.
*Attention: DHL can not be shipped to a Post Box, you must provide a shipping address.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Additionally, when ordering from NordicStore.net, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
There are no additional fees, customs duties or Taxes charged in Iceland for export. For products to be delivered within Iceland, a VAT of 24,5% will be added.
In all cases, NordicStore.net will not be responsible for any shipping and handling charges to and from NordicStore.net, or paying or refunding customs fees, taxes, or VAT that may be due.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Nordic Store reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as Brands, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

We accept all international orders except from Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Africa.
If your country does not appear in our order form, then we can not accept credit card orders from that country. You will need to send us the payment in advance.
